Our dining room doesn’t get much use as we’re still looking for dining chairs, but my big old mission style desk is along one wall & I recently cleared it off (it had become the “dropping place” of the house for all papers and notes) & organized it. I also asked my brother to install a plug right behind it, making it easier to use my laptop without the cat chewing the cord up. I now love sitting at it to work on things, even if it’s just doing the budget. All I need now is a letter tray to combat the stacks that pile up, and we’re good to go.
